This sparkling wine, produced by a second fermentation in the bottle of the wine made from the centuries-old white grapes of Berat – the famed Puls, rediscovered and enhanced by Çobo Winery thanks to the family tradition, will brighten up the atmosphere making it so joyful and magical that one Albanian word can really capture it: shendevere (joyful).
