ARDO Sparkling – Arberi

“Arbëri” winery started its activity on 2003. From the oldest area of Mirdita produced in the hills of Bukmira, Prosek and Rrëshen Hills. about 400-500 above the sea level. This wine comes from a winery of a reputation for its high quality production.

Located on a well know territory, the winery Bukmira, Prosek and Rrëshen Hills covers about 100 ha where 60% is Kallmet and 40% other varieties.

“Arbëri” wine represents the history and tradition of this region.

Tasting Notes

Sparkling wine refermented in bottle for 18 months from home grown variety know as Sheshi i Bardhë. It is of straw yellow color with gold reflections. Its fine and persistent is reminischent of apple, peach and rose flower.

Food Pairing

You can enjoy with risotto and fish based dishes. Appropriate as base for fruit cocktails , Recommended with deserts and fruits. Recommended to served fresh at 6 C-8 C
