Cëruja is masterfully crafted by one hundred years old ungrafted vines that grow spontaneously laying on nearby trees without any human intervention. This total natural growing gives life to a grape with excellent parameters to produce awine that is unique. White wine with natural green reflex color and an olfactory bouquet that brings freshness, with a balance of fruit and flowersflavors. In optimal conditions, this wine can age well by improving every passing year like a red wine. The outstanding structure of Cëruja makes this wine an excellent companion of white meatand fish dishes.
